Just teach me
A 3 hour course for those who have never tried kayaking before or are not very experienced.
During the course, we go through the kayak with its equipment, appropriate clothing, paddling technique, how to get in and out of the kayak, and once out on the water, how to paddle forward and backward and different ways to turn the kayak.
The course takes place at Stenö Havsbad & Camping.
Participants must be able to swim, and the minimum age is 15 years with parental consent.
